Alex Brown is a freelance writer based in Atlanta. Her work has appeared in publications such as Catapult, The Georgia Voice, Tenderly, Decaturish, and CommonCreativATL. She earned a BA in English Literature-Creative Writing from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. During her time at Agnes Scott, she was a writer and senior editor for Agnes Scott’s chapter of HerCampus, as well as nonfiction editor for the 2019 Writers’ Festival Magazine. She was awarded the 2019 Robert Frost Prize in Creative Writing by the Agnes Scott English department. Alex is currently the 2020 intern at Decaturish.
